Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how langfuse.lol collects and processes personal information when you visit the site, sign in, or subscribe.
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile image associated with your Google account. We also store your account identifier, subscription plan, billing status, and the timestamps needed to operate the service.
2. Authentication
Google OAuth is used for sign-in. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Authentication records are stored in our PostgreSQL database and are not sold or used for advertising.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and do not reach our servers. We receive identifiers, subscription status, plan information, and billing metadata needed to provision access.
4. Product interaction
The public Act experience currently demonstrates a simulated evaluation queue. It does not execute model requests, create traces, or consume production credits. Subscription checks are performed when you select Generate.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use essential cookies for session and security purposes. If analytics is enabled, aggregate page and interaction events may be collected to understand site performance. We do not use your prompts or OAuth credentials for analytics.
6. Infrastructure
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers with data stored in a managed PostgreSQL service. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their security and data-processing commitments.
7. Retention
Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and for the period required for billing, security, and legal compliance. Test records created during verification are removed after testing.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@langfuse.lol. Deleting an account may require cancelling an active paid subscription first.
9. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to support@langfuse.lol.
